Processing and Shipping
The total delivery time for your order usually takes 4-5 weeks, depending on the processing time and shipping time.
The processing time for a painting is from when you submit your order to when the painting leaves the studio. Processing time includes the time it takes to process your order and the painting process, which includes painting and drying. The processing time usually takes 2-3 weeks to complete, but can take up to 4 weeks, depending on the availability of the artist and the complexity of the painting. Very large or complex paintings can take up to 8 weeks to complete.
Please Note: Oil paint is a slow-drying paint consisting of pigment particles suspended in a drying oil. How quickly oil dries depends largely on humidity and weather changes. Your painting will be coated with several layers of oil paint, and each layer must dry before the next layer can be applied. Since it is impossible to predict weather conditions and how quickly the oil will dry, it is impossible to predict exactly when a painting will be dry enough for shipment.
Shipping time is from when the product leaves the studio to when it arrives at your doorstep, which usually takes 2 weeks, depending on shipping delays and destination. Weather-related shipping delays are out of our control. The paintings are shipped rolled in a protective tube.
